Private Yoga Lessons Private and semi-private lessons are available online or in person in DFW- a practice designed specifically for you. Whether you’re new to yoga and want to learn the basics before jumping in your first group class, you’re nursing an aliment back to health, or prefer individualized attention, private lessons to fit your needs and schedule! Dedication, discipline, and determination are key to reaping the benefits. ​ Offerings Include: Power Yoga, Slow Flow, Restorative Yoga, Floor Flow, Chair Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation ​ Introductory Lesson $150/1hr. After, on going lessons are sold in packs of 5/$699 or 10/$1249 Corporate Yoga A great way to support employee health and wellbeing, as well as to provide a community experience based on breath, movement, and maybe a bit of sweat. An environment that can serve to strengthen the relationships between co-workers beyond the meetings, numbers, and deadlines. Available online or in-person in DFW.
