Sessions include hands on assists as well as adjustments and conclude with a refreshing eucalyptus towel. The Sanctuary is candle-lit and mirrorless. OUR OFFERINGS! We will arrange the class to meet your specific needs and desires, however you are welcome to select one of the existing offerings for your session which includes: Restorative Yoga + Sound, Yin Yoga + Sound, Sound Bath Meditation, Deep Stretch, Gentle Flow + Restore, Vin + Yin, and Vinyasa. LOCATION! We facilitate sessions at our Sanctuary (8840 Business Park Drive), Virtually, or at your Location. Inpatient/Outpatient, events and other engagement options are also available. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Alchemy Restorative Yoga Sanctuary offers bespoke healing experiences in private sessions. We will curate the session to meet your individual needs. Prior to your initial session, you'll complete a general profile to share what you're looking to get out of your session, along with anything you'd like to share about your physical and mental needs. At the beginning of each session, we talk briefly about your physical and mental needs that day, and I'll adjust the session to meet your needs in that moment.

Evonne is a Certified Yoga Teacher Registered with the Yoga Alliance (RYT 200 Hour)

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Evonne is a long time Yogi (10+ years). As she deepened her practice, teaching became the next evolution. As Evonne progressed through life and various injuries, the importance of rest, recovery, as well as addressing physical and mental wellbeing became a focus.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Literally Everyone! With gratitude and an open heart, we proudly welcome everyone of all ages, walks of life, and athletic abilities - no prior Yoga experience is required.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Evonne *absolutely* loves what she does! She find enjoyment seeing her clients settle into deep relaxation, letting go of physical and mental tension and melting into rest.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire someone that is receptive to your physical as well as *mental* needs! Yoga helps to build a connection between mind and body. Ensure you hire a practitioner that considers your mental needs along with your physical needs to get the most of your yogic experience.

1. What are you ultimately looking to gain out of your session? This can be multiple things, for example: rest, relaxation, strength, flexibility, etc.) 2. What kind of practitioner most resonates with you? Vibes are a thing! Find someone that makes you feel good while engaging with them. 3. Where and when do you want your session? Alchemy Restorative Yoga Sanctuary has a studio at Highway 183 & Mo-Pac, we are also available for virtual appointments, as well as coming to your location.
