What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Depending on the situation, I generally have new clients fill out a brief questionnaire online about your goals so that I may get to know you a little better. I will then follow up to confirm your session and answer any additional questions you may have.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a RYT-200 through Yoga Alliance

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been practicing yoga for over 17 years. I grew up as a competitive gymnast and have always been interested in movement and passionate about living an active, healthy lifestyle. I eventually became a gymnastics instructor and continued to teach for over 7 years. During that time I attended my first yoga class and immediately fell in love with both the physical and mental benefits of the practice. As a yoga teacher, my hope is to challenge my students with every class while inspiring progression in their own journey.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I teach weekly group classes as well as a variety of private clients. I have worked with students of all levels of experience: beginners and those that have been practicing for 30+ years.
