Our general management fee is based on location and services provided. Generally in the 7% average range.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We typically ask 2 weeks to complete all processing and inspection of building and/ or unit before on-boarding the property with your new designated property manager. Once the property is under management you and your tenants will have a designated management team available 24/7 and on weekends.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

20 years of experience in property management, CRP. Our property management team attends continued education in property management as well as weekly meetings on various troubleshoot subjects related to property management.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

20 years ago by managing our own building and being asked by neighbors to assist with the management of their property, our reputation grew by word of mouth.

Our clients are very diverse. Out of state Investors, local property owners, inherited property.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

An Investor who was considering selling out of despair overwhelmed with tenant issues and contractor extensions gave us a reluctant chance. After realizing that we would handle all tenant relations and operational issues, they are currently searching for another investment property that we are going to manage for them as well. It is always great to see our investors upscale and continue adding to their portfolio.

HIRE LOCAL ONLY, Be certain your property management company does not use an answering service. How long have they been in business? Do they manage other properties in the area?
