What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Angela is a licensed realtor and fellow real estate investor with several years of experience in the Philadelphia market. Kris is a licensed contractor and real estate investor who has been renovating and renting out properties in Philadelphia since 2016.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We are in the same business as our customers. Our two founders own and manage 22 properties of their own, not counting their clients' properties. We are real estate investors ourselves and we want to share our expertise with others.

We manage a mix of small commercial and residential units. From single family homes, to larger commercial and mixed use properties. We can handle anything.
