What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I'm not in it for the money but to help people bring change, healing & restoration in their lives. If money is a concern, we can discuss lowering the price to meet your needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first try to lower the walls of a person by connecting with the client. The connection has to be personal and not just a robotic set of questions. I try to find out who they are then see what factors are causing them imbalance in their lives. Then we go to the heart of the issues to figure out solutions in creating a healthy wholeness.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've done pastoral counseling for 25 years, and I've helped deal with a lot of issues among different types of people of all ages and backgrounds. I have a passion in meeting new people and helping them with whatever issues they may have.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It's a calling. People are called to different things in life whether it's a career or a hobby. I feel that I'm tailored made to connect & counsel people for their benefit.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with youth, young adults & middle aged adults. I've counseled engaged and married couples to therapy and to bring them closer to one another.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently helped out a person dealing with anxiety and depression because of the pandemic. I made them understand that they're not alone in these crazy times and not to focus on the pandemic but to focus on their health in their mental & emotional state. They are doing much better.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I don't see this as a job that I'm doing, but it's something that I enjoy doing - meeting new people and helping them become whole & healthy in all aspects of their lives. A customer/client needs to find a good fit with that professional and to find connection with that person who will journey with them in the process.
