I establish an hourly price yet my main goal is to help people. Therefore, when approached with a particular issue I am open to reach an agreement where we all feel comfortable. Talk to me...

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Learning what his/her initial objective is, establish the basis for trust, work on self confidence and then lead them through a new way of looking at things. Establish next steps.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a Certified Coach with Newfield Network. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Business and a Master's degree in Marketing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started early in life as a counselor and later integrated my coaching abilities with my business consulting where I would always look for the human factor and their development as a key aspect to any booming business. It is the human being that first needs to be analyzed and empowered for any good relationship to flourish whether in the personal or business area. I then studied to become a COACH.

What types of customers have you worked with?

- people dealing with any type of loss (divorce, separations, death) - individuals with relationship problems - couples with relationship problems (communication, trust, intimacy) - individuals looking to get a new boost in their life of career - individuals searching to build their self esteem - company leaders and their employees

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Marriage counseling with couples. The time it takes depends on the couple and what they want to achieve. One couple may want a few sessions to work on a particular issue and learn concrete tools to use. Another couple might have more severe problems that need to be solved by working on individual levels first and then work on the next level with both together.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find the person you feel comfortable with. A short conversation over the phone is enough to know if you feel comfortable and then make an immediate decision to start. Don't delay because your life is important and we all need help once in a while.
