Introduction

My work stands out from others that do what I do because I offer top quality food and service at a very affordable rate. I am flexible with my menus so people can choose what they love, not what I say they should serve. My Name your own price option offers people the opportunity to create the perfect meal at a price they can afford. Not only can I cook, but I also have years of experience providing Maitr'd services at weddings and events. My background in servicing events and managing the timeline of events is an added bonus for customers that choose my catering services. I love weddings and want nothing more than your complete satisfaction, not only of my services, but also of the overall event. I go above and beyond to make your day special. I love sharing my passion with others. Cooking food is something I started doing at a very young age and have continued to do for over 30 years now.Preparing and serving food at someones special event is the ultimate way to combine my passion and my skills with my desire to make people happy through food and good service.

Yes, I am serve safe certified. I keep my certification current. I also am constantly learning new recipes and creating new menu options to keep up with the latest wedding and event trends. I also am an excellent shopper, which means that I can buy ingredients at a much lower cost than others in my field. These savings are reflected in my affordable menu pricing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

A passion for cooking and serving food, as well as my ability to organize and manage events, is something I was just born with. It just comes naturally to me. I have spent years learning and honing the skills I need to offer these services and continue to learn and expand my knowledge and expertise, but it all started with a seed, an enthusiasm and a love of making people happy through food.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am proud of all of the events I do.Servicing a wedding or event It is the ultimate display of my talent and skills. I have been happily married to my husband for 13 years now. I still remember the all of the tiny little details of that day. They were important to me and I know how happy I was to see the details come together.I pride myself in being a caterer that not only understands, but appreciates how important the details are to the overall success of an event. I service each wedding and event the way I wanted mine to be serviced.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Catering a wedding takes more than just the time to prepare and serve food. On average it takes about 40 hours of work to handle just one event. Most clients are not sure what they want to serve their guests. Once the menu is chosen and the catering agreement has been created and services have been booked the real work begins. Purchasing ingredients, prepping for the event, traveling to and from, set up, clean up and everything in between. The 40 hours of work is not spread out over a week, but more like 3-4 very long days. Although the work is great, the reward and joy of contributing to someone's special day is far greater.
