Our pricing is always competitive. We give discounts to military personnel, senior citizens, health care professionals, and multi-service discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We come out and do in-person, free, no-obligation estimates when possible but we can also do estimates via phone or email for safety reasons.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have an engineering degree from Georgia Tech along with an MBA from Troy University. Both degrees help me identify the right team members, make our team as efficient as possible.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I quit my well-paying, safe corporate job and stepped out on faith to start my own company. Trusting and believing in God to see me through.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types of customers. We aim to please.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Window Genie prepared a house for pending sale, doing everything from cleaning the windows inside and outside, cleaning the concrete driveway and patio, washing the house, washing the screens, washing the inside garage floor, even taking down a large hornet nest. The project turned out great and the seller and buyer were very pleased. The project took several days and several visits but the end result was well worth the effort.
