Introduction

My understanding of the physical body started when I was a child and trained in figure skating. Yoga as a young adult helped to heal and balance my body. I have been fortunate to have been a student of high level teachers throughout my life. Many have told me that I am a natural teacher. Most importantly, I teach from my heart in balance with all that my head and body know. Helping others. Helping others to be physically healthy and strong; emotionally balanced; mentally balanced, focused and calm; spiritually aware. Sharing the tools which have helped me so very much.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My Reiki treatment appointments are two hours in length. Within this time frame, ninety minutes is dedicated to hands on treatment with fifteen minutes pre and post treatment for check in and summary. $150 is the fee.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It chose me long before I put the pieces of the puzzle together. An undergraduate degree in psychology, a Master's degree in health, a body that needed a new way to stretch, a heart that needed healing, a love of helping others and teaching.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Reiki treatment, yoga teaching, aquatic exercise ( aquatic yoga, Ai Chi, aerobic) teaching and Reiki teaching.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Trust your heart and inner knowing.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

It's a blessing. It's sometimes a rugged path. It requires surrender and sincerity.
