Hello! I am a Los Angeles-based yoga teacher who recently relocated to the east coast. Please keep reading to get my thoughts on teaching and the unique qualities of yoga.
Yoga is not a one-size-fits-all practice. I use the one-on-one setting to tailor a session that matches my clients needs. I greatly encourage the intelligent use of props to enhance the effect of the practice. My clients are quite varied- office workers, martial arts students, seasoned yoga practitioners, body builders, chefs and so on. This is a testament to the effectiveness of yoga for anyone and everyone.
The term "therapeutics" is overused these days, but what I will say is my goal with yoga is to lead students toward space in their body. Ultimately this often translates to a certain healing. Students come to me with varied circumstance, but a few common ones are:
Lumbar/sacral pain
Frozen shoulder/rotator cuff injuries
Knee considerations including ligament/tendon tears and dislocation
Hypermobility/a need for strength training
Neck injuries, often stemming from past car accidents
All the various circumstances brought upon by extended hours sitting in front of a computer.
I love teaching, and I love helping people discover that they can play a role in their own healing. If you have specific area of focus, or simply want to deepen your practice, please reach out!

Welcome! I support busy women who struggle to make time for themselves through yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices. I know that just a few short moments of mindfulness can improve your entire day, and I am passionate about helping my busy students integrate mindful habits to relieve stress and create calm energy.
As a 200hr RYT, I have been teaching vinyasa and gentle yoga for over a year, and I absolutely love what I do! I prioritize finding postures, pacing and breath work that my students feel most connected to and fulfilled by in their minds and bodies.
Whether you are a beginner looking for stress relief or a seasoned practitioner looking to improve their arm balancing, I'm so excited to work together.
I really look forward to meeting you, soon!
