Introduction

If you are seeking a personalized experience for yourself or an event (bachelorette weekend, birthday, wedding day, etc)...let’s connect! You decide where and when and I’ll be there! As an RYT 200, Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher, and now Aerial Yoga Teacher I incorporate my 20 years of experience with yoga to create an authentic and fulfilling practice for others. I am passionate about helping clients arrive where they are at, through meditation, poses, and breath work. My personal experience with yoga and Ayurveda has helped me overcome physical ailments, improve my overall health, and deepened my self-awareness. Our time together will allow you to work toward your physical, emotional, spiritual goals. My style is unique for those new to yoga, individuals, adults, children, couples, and small groups. I hold a certification through Yoga Alliance and lead with a trauma-informed practice. I am individually insured. I am also a school counselor with a masters in school counseling for students K-12. I have worked in the elementary and high school setting over the past 10 years. I use a variety of techniques from my yoga training to support the individual needs of children and used coaching skills with hundreds of students to help them apply and go to college. I am so fortunate to be able to incorporate yoga and mindfulness into the educational setting. I also train staff on a variety of topics to support the needs of students. Yoga and wellness coaching is a passion, and compliments my full time schedule. *Discounts are offered to repeat clients or clients who book more than one session.
