What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Each price is to dependent on the location, number of clients and length of the class.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I typically will communicate with the client, as they prefer to be contacted, and ask brief questions regarding special requests for the class. I love accommodating for each client’s specific needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

In addition to my 200-hour yoga teacher certification, I’ve received a 30-hour flexibility course by Talia Sutra, Anatomy Lessons by Rose Erin Vaugh and completed a 40-day Sadhana practice with Tony Lupinacci. I’ve also received a 30-hour Trauma Recovery Yoga Certificate. In 2017, I completed The Doshas and Dharma Program by Sahara Rose and have been incorporating Ayurveda into my daily life.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After 14 years of yoga practice, I devoted myself to complete a Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certification with Talia Sutra. Her teachings inspired me to live a life guided by love and compassion. This has also led me to adopt a vegan lifestyle and become a mindful consumer. Yoga has centered and grounded me through my own inner turmoil and created an overall state balance in my life. I am grateful to the practice.
